Cosmetic renovation

What the price
is made of
Capital renovation, $240 per m² on average. The same four parts appear in every estimate. Shares are given as a percentage of the total.
Why we need
to see the site
A price from a phone call is a guess. On site we check three things that move the estimate most.

Walls and floors
Level differences decide how much plaster and screed is needed.

Wiring and pipes
Old aluminium wiring or steel pipes mean a full replacement, not a repair.

Hidden damage
Damp, mould and cracks are found now, not in the middle of the work.
