Site visit and measuring, then a written estimate and a contract with a fixed price per m².
Term3 days - 02
Demolition and rough work
Removing old finishes, new wiring and plumbing, levelling walls and floors.
Term3 to 4 weeks - 03
Finishing
Plaster, tiles, floors, painting, doors and fixtures, checked room by room.
Term4 to 6 weeks - 04
Handover
Walkthrough with a checklist. Any defects are fixed free of charge.
